Drop-In Swimming- lane, public, family, early bird, parent & tot and noon swims are available daily. Canada Games has a tot pool, a 15 x 18 metre shallow pool, a 25m pool with 8 lanes (expanded weekdays to 50m between 6:30 - 8:30 am) and a 25 metre deep tank. There are two fitness areas that offer an incredible range of fitness options that meet all training goals and fitness levels. After a stress-relieving workout, you can enjoy a hot tub and sauna session. A free fitness consultant is available daily from 1:00 pm to closing to help design programs that meet your goals and ensure you are using the equipment effectively and safely.
Main Fitness Area (15+ years)
• This 5,000 square foot space is filled with free weights, equipment used for rehab and sport specific training, and cable machines that make this a destination fitness centre.
• Cardiovascular - Our 37 steppers, treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent and upright bikes will give your heart and legs a great workout.
• Stretching – benefit from a dedicated space to improve your flexibility and for core stability and training
Downstairs Fitness Area (15+ years):
• A 20 station exercise circuit area that includes In
flight fitness equipment for a total body workout; a
great option if you have limited time.
• 22 meters of turf that is great for sled workouts,
sprints, and some rehabilitation specific movements.

The Centennial Community Centre next door, offers quality staff and a fully equipped room full of games, toys, play spaces, educational aids, toddler playground, arts and craft stations certain to delight youngsters while their parents enjoy a workout or swim.
