Canada Games Pool specializes in swimming, fitness and fun. Services are tailored to each age, skill and fitness level. You are in capable hands when you go to Canada Games.

Fitness

Canada Games Pool offers three distinct fitness areas that help you  achieve your cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, rehabilitation or sport specific goals. A Fitness Consultant is on-site,  1:00 pm to closing, to help you develop a fitness program to match your goals and to show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

In addition, Canada Games Pool offers both shallow and deep water Aquacize classes throughout the week. Click here for the schedule & fees.

All fitness services are included in your admission fee. Childminding is also available next door at Centennial Community Centre.

Swimming

Swimming Lessons - known for their innovation and quality, lessons are built on ensuring a positive experience through fun and progressive skill development in a supportive environment. See our Active Living Guide or online registration service for a listing of lessons by age.

Drop-In Swimming - lane, public, family, early bird, parent & tot and noon swims are available daily. Canada Games has a tot pool, teach pool, 25m pool with 8 lanes (expanded weekdays to 50m between 6:30 - 8:30 am) and a deep tank. Each pool offers swimming, lessons, Aquacize and play opportunities. Diving - Canada Games has a 1m and 3m spring diving board as well as 5m, 7.5m and 10m diving platforms.

Big Thunder - we have the longest indoor water slide in BC that is certain to toss, turn and spit you out with a smile on your face. Click here for the schedule. 

Relaxation - our whirlpool and sauna, open throughout the day, are certain to relax and restore you after a swim, workout or hard day at work. 

Deck Games - on the pool deck are midway style basketball hoops and ping pong tables to entertain you when you take a break from the pool.
