Youth = $3.75 / visit or $29.75 for 10 visits
Adult  = $5.63 / visit or $45.15 for 10 visits or $161.00 for 40 visits
Senior = $2.81 / visit or $22.05 for 10 visits

1Month Membership = $53.45
3 Month Membership = $142.00
