Parks, Culture and Recreation offers three outdoor stages that provide entertainment and host community celebrations.

Hyack Square

Hyack Square was rebuilt in 2009, with Provincial Government Spirit Squares support, and includes new decorative paving, street furniture, lighting, decorative screens, historical features, children’s water feature, ornamental plantings, lawn areas, raised landscaped amphitheatre stage with seating walls and public art.

Parks, Culture and Recreation, in partnership with the businesses and resident community, will host a wide range of entertaining performers that will delight all during the summer months. 

Queensborough Community Centres Outdoor Stage

Located in beautiful Ryall Park, this outdoor stage offers high quality free performances throughout the summer. So bring your family, some lawn chairs, snacks and take in the sounds of summer. 

Queen's Park Bandshell

Family entertainment at its best! Every summer Sunday you and your family will enjoy free professional quality entertainment in the pleasant atmosphere of Queen’s Park.

Our program includes dancing, clowning, theatre and musical groups. So bring a picnic or enjoy Treats concession and relax in the park
with some terrific entertainment!
