Famous for our Flip, Flop & Fly programs!

Built in 1938, the 10,000 square foot Arenex is a Lower Mainland destination for gymnastics and trampoline for over 42 years. This sports facility offers a variety of sporting activities such as gymnastics, ball hockey, volleyball, basketball, indoor soccer and badminton. Our goal is to serve all ages to build self-confidence and develop skills.

Children's Drop-in Services

The Arenex offers a variety of fun, friendly and recreation focused drop-in activities for toddlers and children including gymnastics and our famous active play programs - Motoring Munchkins and Parent & Tot Gymnastics. Click here for drop-in schedules.

Rentals

Sports & Leagues

The Arenex offers adults a wide range of drop-in sports activities that include basketball, volleyball and ball hockey. In addition, the Arenex has several sports leagues and tournaments that are offered throughout the year.
