Queen's Park Arena is a home for ice hockey, lacrosse, minor sports associations, tournaments and special events. The arena has 3,500 seats, concession services, Wi-Fi, TV, sports and historical displays. 

Ice Rentals & Rates

Please call to book your ice or dry floor times.

  • Prime Time = $243.75.00 per hour on weekdays, 6:00 pm - 12:00 am, and weekends, 6:00 am - 12:00 am
  • Non-Prime Time = $121.87 per hour on weekdays, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, and weekends, 12:00 am - 6:00 am


Adult Drop-in Hockey

Gather your friends and enjoy some pickup hockey that will sharpen your skills and improve your fitness. Offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, and Thursdays, 9:30 - 11:00 am. This session, limited to 20 players and two goalies, is not staffed and players will organize their own games. Only $4.25 or $34.00 for a 10 session pass - Goalies are FREE.


Ice Skating, Lessons & Skate Services

These services are only available at Moody Park Arena and you can review lessons, programs and drop-in schedules in the Active Living Guide.


Lacrosse

Queen's Park Arena is famous for its lacrosse teams, Mann Cups and wooden floor. Every summer the arena is converted into a premium lacrosse facility for New Westminster's excellent Minor, Junior, Intermediate and Senior lacrosse teams.


Non-Arena Rental Options

Several Queen's Park rental options are managed by Arena staff and include meeting rooms, a banquet and wedding hall, rose garden and gazebo and picnic shelters. Please call for rates and booking information. Click here for a virtual tour of Queen's Park Centennial Lodge and Rose Garden.   


Royal City Skating Club

The Royal City Skating Club rents ice from Queen's Park Arena to provide adult skating with focus on recreation and socialization. The Club is open to the public and they are actively seeking new skaters. Give it a try!
