Amenities
Sapperton Landing Park is a $10M Metro Vancouver regional park funded through the Millennium SkyTrain line development based on City property allocated to Translink.
This three way partnership resulted in a unique linear park designed to feature the beauty and power of the mighty Fraser River.
Further, the parks environmental design includes backwater tidal channels and riparian woodland, filled with native plants, to encourage salmon, bird, insect and wildlife habitats.
The park is a beautifully landscaped 1 km walk with bridges, benches, view points to watch tug boats at work or seagulls and other birds go about their day.
